As an advisor, I work with many different insurance and financial services companies, some are large and others are very large, they are financially solid and all have a long and proven track record of success and longevity. These are all Canadian companies, some based in Quebec, others in Ontario as well as in other parts of Canada. They offer a complete line of financial tools to the client through a licensed advisor. Ranging from general insurance, traditional and non-traditional insurance, investment accounts, retirement income sources registered with the federal government, tax-efficient savings, high-interest savings accounts, investment products with protection, insurance for individuals and businesses.

In the past, many years ago, an insurance company could only offer insurance products to the client, the client had to go to an investment broker to set up an investment account, an accountant to design a tax-friendly policy for an estate or a corporation, a bank to open a savings account. Today those same insurance companies have evolved and now provide a much more complete, and vast range of products, they can now be referred to as financial services companies. In some cases, a licensed advisor can provide the client with the insurance that the client needs, set up a basic or comprehensive investment package, as well as provide the client with a high-interest savings account to be used as an emergency fund for an unexpected financial expense, all from the same advisor while getting expert financial advice.
